In June of 2022 I began one of the best projects of my whole career.
A colleague of mine connected me to a podcast producer and content strategist named Jeff Bond. When we talked, Jeff said to me “I have a client who’s looking to elevate their All-Hands meetings. You’re the best facilitator I’ve ever seen. Maybe you can help?”
I said sure! But I had no idea how that word would change my life.
That client was Greenhouse Software, and for the last fifteen months Jeff and I, along with our team, have helped them transform their monthly All-Hands.
The work is incredibly rewarding, in part because Greenhouse is so committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We got to play a role in making those values even more visible in their meetings through emcees from historically underrepresented groups, rotating time zones, and sharing stories.
I coached All-Hands speakers from all walks of life and supported them in bringing their authentic selves to the meeting.
This work was so rewarding that Jeff and I turned to each other and said, “You know, we could do this for other companies!”
And thus was born the People First Elevation Team (PFET). www.peoplefirstelevation.com

This work is everything I love: DEI, cross-cultural competency, coaching, and more.
But most of all, my team practices what we ask of clients. We put people first. We value vulnerability. We make room for our humanity in our work. We care about each other.
