hen I started my company Highroad Global Services in 2004, I dreamed of helping people succeed across cultures. My travels around the globe gave me the tips, secrets, stories, and insights that I could pass on to my new clients.
18 years later I still can’t believe I get to help people every day, and I’m amazed at how much Highroad has evolved. I enjoy change, and considering how fast the world changes these days that seemed a good quality for a business owner.
When the COVID 19 pandemic struck, my adaptation skills faced their biggest test yet. I’m honored to say, though, that through great challenge came great opportunity to guide clients to courage, empathy, and skill. I have never felt so rewarded.
