1. Highroad Global Services would like to thank the National Association of Asian American Professionals and GE Energy for an inspiring event on May 6th, 2010. Highroad President Vicki Flier Hudson moderated a panel discussion on Asian American success strategies in the workplace. 
We had fantastic contributions from panelists John Seral, CIO of GE Energy, Lauraine Brazil, HR Manager from GE Energy, and Peter Nguyen, Senior Program Manager at Cisco.
Our audience asked thought-provoking questions and we explored the barriers, challenges, and bold actions that individuals can take to advance their careers. We also introduced our Divided, Ignited, United model, a way for global teams to measure their effectiveness. Highroad would like to thank all of the participants of the night’s event!
