Vicki Flier Hudson is the President of Highroad Global Services

She helps global organizations turn cultural time and money-wasters into productive teamwork. 

Through her interactive learning programs and consulting she has helped organizations get to global excellence and grow their cultural fluency from good to great.

Vicki has been a part-time faculty member at the University of Georgia, Emory University and Kennesaw University where she received an Instructor of the Year award for International Programs.

Vicki has brought her global excellence programs to organizations to clients such as The Home Depot, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Prudential Financial and The Carter Center. She is a recognized expert speaker who has given presentations to Deloitte & Touche, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Southern Center for International Studies, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, International Business Association and more.

Previously, in her home of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Vicki supervised and conducted training for international and domestic Customer Service, Distribution and Manufacturing for Immucor, Inc., a Georgia Top 15 worldwide blood bank automation company. During her time there, Vicki designed and co-facilitated a comprehensive program for Immucor Germany's conversion to U.S. based software and workflow. She trained and consulted several times in Rodermark, Germany, and led the affiliate through a successful transition and go-live.

In the past, Vicki has lived in Nepal and worked in China, Germany, India and Thailand. She has traveled in several countries including Austria, Belgium, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Mexico and Panama. She developed and facilitated a conversational English language program for the medical staff at the government psychiatric hospital of Bangkok, Thailand, and served as a volunteer at their affiliated low-income clinic. She also taught school for one year in Pokhara, Nepal.

Vicki is an active member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), Southern Center for International Studies and the National Association of Asian American Professionals. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
