Vicki Flier Hudson
Chief Collaboration Officer
Vicki Flier Hudson, Chief Collaboration Officer for Highroad Global Services, Inc, has helped countless mid to large-sized corporations have successful operations between Asia, Europe, and North America, delivering high-impact, interactive webinars that build collaboration. Vicki has been featured on NBC News, and her articles have been published in a variety of magazines. She is the author of the book Zen and the Art of Offshoring: How to Build a Collaborative and Profitable Team with Your Partners in India, and a recipient of Kennesaw State University’s Instructor of the Year award for International Programs. Vicki is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Cultural Detective methodology, and a trained coach through CTI (Coaches Training Institute).
Previously, in Atlanta, Georgia, Vicki supervised and conducted training for Distribution and Manufacturing for Immucor, Inc., a worldwide blood bank automation company with affiliates throughout the globe. She also spent several years as a software analyst in the company’s I.T. department. Vicki has lived and/or worked in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Nepal and Thailand. She has survived a fifty-five hour train ride across India and ridden rickshaws, camels, a cement truck, and buses all over the globe. She has traveled in several countries including Austria, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Mexico and Panama.
Vicki has brought webinars and cultural competency programs to Procter & Gamble, CIBA Vision, Ceridian Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Siemens Healthcare, Emory University School of Medicine, Philips Electronics, The Carter Center and many more.
Tracy Saeman is Highroad’s extraordinary Executive Assistant and also known as a “Jill Of All Trades.” She partners with clients to ensure a smooth flow with all logistics, appointments, billing, and customer services needs. Tracy has a wealth of experience in client care in many fields of business from legal to non-profit, event coordination, retail, and more. Tracy is proficient in multiple forms of technology and works her magic with the Highroad blog, newsletter, and other forms of communication. Clients meet Tracy when they get started with us; they always have a partner to help and support them.

Michael Todd Shinholster, MBA
Michael Todd Shinholster is a Principal Consultant of Highroad Global Services, Inc. Todd, as he is known, was born in Macon, Georgia to an American mother and an Austrian father, giving him an appetite for grits and schnitzel. He received his M.B.A. in International Business from Kennesaw State University and his B.A. in German (Language & International Business Concentration) from Georgia State University. Todd has also attended the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication studying cross-cultural training for international corporations. He is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and is proficient in German, Spanish, and French.
Work and travel have taken Todd to many countries including: England, France, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. He has worked on various projects for companies and organizations such as Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, KIA, AGCO, ALCOA, Lowe’s, The Coca-Cola Company, BCD Travel, Georgia Lottery, Siemens, Merck, Stryker and Dow Chemical Company. He has also worked for Delta Air Lines, the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Organizing Committee, the 1996 Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and the 2004 G-8 Summit. Todd is currently a global engagement specialist and lecturer of international business at Kennesaw State University. He teaches KSU 1111 – Tomorrow’s World Today, a course based on the Seven Revolutions project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
Todd serves as President of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). His term as President began August 2012. He is also a member of Phi Beta Delta – Honor Society for International Scholars, SIETAR and the German School of Atlanta. He continues to work, consult and teach in a variety of areas including international affairs, international business, global leadership, intercultural communications, cross-cultural training and corporate events.
Rita Wuebbeler – Associate
Expertise: European cultures, teambuilding, virtual communication
Rita Wuebbeler is president and founder of INTERGLOBE Cross-Cultural Business Services, Inc., an Atlanta-based international training and consulting firm. She facilitates programs on cross-cultural competence-building as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace and coaches executives in maximizing their global leadership skills. In her work with global virtual teams she focuses on establishing a clear vision for the team aligning this vision with strategic team objectives.
A native German with a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Mainz University, Germany, Rita has lived in Germany, England, Luxembourg, Spain, Canada and the United States. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA. Rita is the co-author of “Cultural Detective: Germany” and “Cultural Detective: Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Culture”. She is an Administrator for Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the DISC Profile. She is also a senior facilitator of Personal Leadership seminars.
Rita plays an active role in her professional association, the Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR USA) and frequently speaks at intercultural communications conferences around the world.
Soumaya Khalifa – Associate
Expertise: Arab cultures, organizational development
Soumaya Khalifa is a seasoned diversity and leadership consultant. She has over 15 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, government and non-profit organizations. Soumaya holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Human Resources. She is also a certified facilitator and a Civil Treatment instructor. In her work with government agencies such as the Department of Justice and Homeland Security, Soumaya holds cultural competency training sessions on effectively interacting with Arab and Muslim communities.
In addition to her strong experience in diversity and HR, Soumaya is also a certified Organization Development professional. She has worked with organizations on such topics as strategy development, change management, and organization alignment. Soumaya is a board member of Kids4Peace, Secretary of the Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters, and a Vice-President for the Anti-Prejudice Consortium. She is a member of the Atlanta Diversity Managers Affinity Group – ADMAG.
Meredith Martini – Associate
Teambuilding, coordinating team events
Meredith Martini is the owner and creative force behind PlayWorks Group. With over 20 years planning, designing and facilitating, her passion for unique learning environments within meetings, conferences and retreats only continues to grow.
She began her career as a researcher and consultant at Deloitte and Touche and later began developing her skills at creating and executing programs and events at a wide variety of different organizations and facilities. She received her master’s degree from the College of Education at Georgia State University, focusing on group and play dynamics.
In 2002, Meredith launched PlayWorks Group, a niche planning firm, focusing on organizations’ interactive meeting design and team event needs. One of PlayWorks Group’s specialties is team building programs that give back to the community in some way. Meredith’s dedication to creating engaging and entertaining experience and interactions for her clients has given her the opportunity to work with a broad range of companies and organizations including Cox, Home Depot, Abbott Pharmaceutical, Chick-fil-A, Johnson & Johnson and Kimberly Clark.
Meredith is a graduate of the Disney Institute of Leadership Excellence and has been a panelist, speaker, facilitator and writer for a variety of organizations including Technology Association of Georgia, Meeting Professionals International, Play Your Meetings, Senior Planners Industry Network and others. Ms. Martini is a leader within SPIN and a long standing member of Meeting Professionals International Georgia Chapter, serving five terms on the Board of Directors, including a year as President..
Song Jin – Associate
Expertise: China market entry, sourcing, strategy
Song Jin is a China-born and U.S.-trained management consultant with over 12 years of consulting and diversified industry experience. He currently works for a boutique consulting firm in New York. In the past, Song served as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he worked closely with top-level executives in numerous Fortune 500 companies. He has brought results to his clients in the areas of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, China market entry strategy, and global strategic sourcing.
He is a frequent participant at industry conferences where he speaks on topics relating to China, including joint venture structure, intellectual property protection, human resource policy and building government relationships. Song holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Edurne Chopeitia – Associate
Expertise: Latin American cultures, translation, interpretation
Edurne Chopeitia has lived in the US for over 10 years; she has an MBA and is a Licensed Psychologist with substantial cross-cultural hands-on working experience across the Americas. She was Director of Marketing for domestic and South American companies, where she acquired in-house broad experience in all aspects of marketing and international business management.
Edurne is currently focused on the biomedical industry and she is a Certified Specialist in early parenthood adjustment and childbirth education. She has direct experience with creating international distributors networks, organizational consulting and adult education. Edurne is fluent in English and Spanish, and serves as a biomedical translator and interpreter. She is an expert public speaker and presents at different hospital wide events on the subjects of communication between different cultures, medical interpretation and more.
