Vicki Flier HudsonExpertise: Offshoring, Indian culture, North American cultures
Vicki Flier Hudson is the USA-born President of Highroad Global Services, Inc. She helps global organizations meet their business goals through building intercultural competence. She is recipient of Kennesaw State University’s Instructor of the Year Award for International Programs.
Vicki is an expert public presenter and speaks regularly for international organizations. She has a deep passion for India and China, and for helping organizations to establish effective and profitable global partnerships. Vicki has taught global business skills and presentation skills as a part-time faculty member at Emory University, Kennesaw State and the University of Georgia. She has brought global excellence programs to organizations such as United Parcel Service (UPS), The Home Depot, Prudential Financial, Cisco, Philips Electronics, Emory School of Medicine, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Centers for Disease Control, and The Carter Center.
Vicki is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a statistically reliable, cross-culturally valid measure of intercultural competence for meeting business goals. She is also a certified facilitator of the Cultural Detective methodology, a process for building bridges across cultures and organizations. Previously, in Atlanta, Georgia Vicki supervised and conducted training for international and domestic Customer Support, Distribution and Manufacturing for Immucor, Inc., a worldwide blood bank automation company with affiliates throughout Europe.
In the past, she has lived and or worked in Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, India, Nepal and Thailand. She has traveled in several countries including Austria, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, England, France, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Mexico and Panama. She also developed a knack for riding camels across the Thar Desert and enduring Indian train rides exceeding fifty five hours at a time. Vicki is an active member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) and the National Association of Asian-American Professionals, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Michael Todd ShinholsterExpertise: European cultures, global event logistics
Michael Todd Shinholster is a Principal Consultant of Highroad Global Services, Inc. Todd, as he is known, was born in Macon, Georgia to an American mother and an Austrian father, giving him an appetite for grits and schnitzel. He received his M.B.A. in International Business from Kennesaw State University and his B.A. in German (Language & International Business Concentration) from Georgia State University. Todd has also attended the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication studying cross-cultural training for international corporations.
He has worked and traveled in several countries including England, France, Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. He is proficient in German, Spanish, and French.
Todd has worked on projects for various organizations such as Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, KIA, AGCO, The Coca-Cola Company and DuPont. He has also worked for Delta Air Lines, the Atlanta Paralympic Organizing Committee, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and the 2004 G-8 Summit. He is currently an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University teaching Tomorrow’s World Today, a course based on the Seven Revolutions project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Todd serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is a member of Phi Beta Delta – Honor Society for International Scholars. He continues to work and consult in a variety of areas including corporate event logistics, international relations, protocol and cross-cultural training.
Song Jin - AssociateExpertise: China market entry, sourcing, strategy
Song Jin is a China-born and U.S.-trained management consultant with over 12 years of consulting and diversified industry experience. He currently works for a boutique consulting firm in New York. In the past, Song served as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he worked closely with top-level executives in numerous Fortune 500 companies. He has brought results to his clients in the areas of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, China market entry strategy, and global strategic sourcing.
He is a frequent participant at industry conferences where he speaks on topics relating to China, including joint venture structure, intellectual property protection, human resource policy and building government relationships. Song holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Rita Wuebbeler - AssociateExpertise: European cultures, teambuilding, virtual communication
Rita Wuebbeler is president and founder of INTERGLOBE Cross-Cultural Business Services, Inc., an Atlanta-based international training and consulting firm. She conducts cultural awareness programs for global leaders and coaches global executives in maximizing their leadership skills. In her work with global virtual teams she focuses on establishing a clear vision for the team aligning this vision with strategic team objectives.
A native German with a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from Mainz University, Germany, Ms. Wuebbeler spent the first three decades of her life in Europe. She is the co-author of “Cultural Detective: Germany” and is qualified to facilitate Personal Leadership seminars. Ms. Wuebbeler is also an Intercultural Development (IDI) Administrator. She plays an active role in her professional association, the Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR USA) as an advisory board member and mentor.
Ani Agnihotri - AssociateExpertise: Offshoring, Indian culture, North American cultures
Ani Agnihotri is the India-born President and CEO of IIIrd Millennium, a company providing technology solutions, business process outsourcing and professional staffing services for health care and IT companies. Ani is a certified cross-cultural trainer and has over five years experience co-facilitating intercultural programs and acting as an India expert for several large corporations.
Previously, Ani served for six years as Vice President and National Sales Manager of SoftPros, Inc., an Atlanta based company specializing in offshore business development. Ani plays a vital role in the civic community. He is the Honorable Advisor to the State Government of Chattisgarh, India and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (GIACC) and sits on the board for several organizations such as Emory University, Morehouse College, Asian American Chamber of Commerce and United Way. Ani has a Master's degree in Business Management from Augusta State University.
Edurne Chopeitia - AssociateExpertise: Latin American cultures, translation, interpretation
Edurne Chopeitia has lived in the US for over 10 years; she has an MBA and is a Licensed Psychologist with substantial cross-cultural hands-on working experience across the Americas. She was Director of Marketing for domestic and South American companies, where she acquired in-house broad experience in all aspects of marketing and international business management.
Edurne is currently focused on the biomedical industry and she is a Certified Specialist in early parenthood adjustment and childbirth education. She has direct experience with creating international distributors networks, organizational consulting and adult education. Edurne is fluent in English and Spanish, and serves as a biomedical translator and interpreter. She is an expert public speaker and presents at different hospital wide events on the subjects of communication between different cultures, medical interpretation and more.
Soumaya Khalifa - AssociateExpertise: Arab cultures, organizational development
Soumaya Khalifa is a seasoned diversity and leadership consultant. She has over 15 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, government and non-profit organizations. Soumaya holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Human Resources. She is also a certified facilitator and a Civil Treatment instructor. In her work with government agencies such as the Department of Justice and Homeland Security, Soumaya holds cultural competency training sessions on effectively interacting with Arab and Muslim communities.
In addition to her strong experience in diversity and HR, Soumaya is also a certified Organization Development professional. She has worked with organizations on such topics as strategy development, change management, and organization alignment. Soumaya is a board member of Kids4Peace, Secretary of the Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters and a Vice-President for the Anti-Prejudice Consortium. She is a member of the Atlanta Diversity Managers Affinity Group - ADMAG.
Paul Tom - AssociateExpertise: Organizational performance, strategy, organizational culture
Paul Tom is a Human and Organizational Performance Consultant with over 25 years of global experience in complex business transformations, Paul is an experienced consulting leader who specializes in Strategic Transformation, Organizational Design and Performance, Competency Modelling and Organizational Culture.
